Happily, our feckless collection of bobble, bubble, trouble and stubbleheaded characters - and their attendant story mechanics - drilled into new renewable reserves of comedy crude (not really) in nineteen episodes that run on a hybrid of wacky schemes (Hank chews up the gumball business) and sweet and sour dreams (Emma's new mattress takes her to an all new dream theatre). It all climaxes in a real-time countdown to Brent's 40th Birthday, featuring guest star Kiefer Sutherland. And the show keeps bob-bob-bobbling along.
