Looking for the perfect subject, Lonny discovers Grant Parker, an altruistic enforcer, who embraces his chosen calling with a fervent religious devotion. Grant's commitment to the work is challenged, however, when his best friend and personal mentor is run down by an irate motorist and knocked into a deep coma. With the help of a Russian sound recordist and a French Canadian tow-truck driver, Grant and Lonny embark on a comical investigation into...the delicate art of parking.
