Armed with advanced weaponry, the SEALs burst into the terroist stronghold where they find a cache of deadly Stinger missles. The hotblooded Lt. Hawkins (Charlie Sheen) wants to destroy them but SEAL team leader Lt. Curran (Michael Biehn) knows that would be suicide and leads their escape. The Terrorists begin using the Stingers on civillian aircraft, and the SEALs embark on a mission that defies all odds and can only end in death for them or their fanatical adversaries.
